The Job:

CloudFactory is seeking an ambitious and talented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for maximising sales in your region and delivering net new customers. You are an experienced sales professional focused on creating, qualifying and developing opportunities from lead to close.

To make that happen, you will be mapping customer needs to our value proposition and key differentiators, demonstrating relevant materials and presenting proposals over phone and video.

You are an excellent communicator and can prepare the appropriate documentation at each stage of the sales cycle.

Your pipeline will include leads from marketing programmes as well as your own sourced leads from proactive call and e-mail campaigns and from building and expanding your social media presence. Moreover, you quickly achieve and maintain over time an adequate understanding of emerging technologies, products and industries in our target markets as well as the competitive posture of the company.

You are a hunter, a key team player and will closely collaborate with marketing, the sales development representatives (SDRs), client success and sales leadership. You are continuously exploring exciting new markets. You will have meticulous adherence to process and will record and document all calls and communications in CloudFactory’s CRM system (Salesforce) to identify trends for improvement. You will be reporting weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative. You will act as a mentor to new sales staff and assist in the development of sales training material.

The Fit:

You will need to be a bright, energetic and curious type, who doesn’t let things wait. You will be incredibly ambitious and passionate about technology, start-ups and the leading edge of innovation and disruption. You'll be as much a creator as an executor, excited by exploration of new markets and territories.

You're industrious and results-oriented, and want to be measured by your output rather than your input. You possess well-rounded business acumen, with curiosity about customers’ products, business models and operations. You're data-driven and a natural researcher. You're direct and bold, and a stellar written communicator. The growing sales organization offers a great opportunity to be a key contributor today and develop professionally as we grow in size.
