The Job:

The main responsibility of the Senior Recruiter is to help CloudFactory make great hires and continue scaling in Nepal specifically. You'll work mostly on tech, finance, talent, operations, delivery, and leadership roles. It's quite broad, but very exciting! We’re looking for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Apart from being a seasoned recruiter, you should also have a penchant for PR and Marketing with an ability to identify key partners who can help us maintain a high quality candidate pipeline as well as forge relationships with them.

The Experience:

  • Proven work experience as In-house or corporate recruiter for a high-growth (preferably SaaS, tech, and/or startup) company
  • Track record of making 50+ great hires (entry to senior level) throughout your recruitment career
  • Tech recruitment experience is ideal
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral, etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Ability to organize skills assessments and projects (work samples, psychometric and aptitude tests, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in PR and Marketing is a plus
